Join a leading multidisciplinary builder in Melbourne's Inner East. The opening is within their growing disability and social housing division, which is dedicated to delivering homes for people with special needs and government housing.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced presite/construction administrator from the domestic construction industry to join our client as a Project Manager in a newly created permanent role.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Projects, this position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of knockdown rebuild multi-unit sites from presite through to construction.

Key Responsibilities: Manage job files from start to finish on multi-unit projects (Pre-Construction & Construction).End to End town planning application process.Work with government bodies and ASX Listed Funds as your clients to deliver required works.Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, managing relationships and expectations.Work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating autonomy.Requirements: Ideally 5 years' experience in presite and construction administration within the volume, medium density or custom-building industry/similar.Strong understanding of the town planning application process.Experience building homes or site management (preferred).Proven project management/coordination skills.Ability to read architectural/engineering plans, identify issues and work with others to resolve.Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).Ability to negotiate a win/win outcome.Demonstrated ability and passion to exceed customers' expectations.This is a great opportunity for someone with the above experience to join a leading builder delivering meaningful projects that directly benefit those in need within the community.
