What you'll be doing Reporting to the Senior Project Manager responsibilities include:
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.Conduct regular project reviews and ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.Continuously assess and improve project management processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.About You You will have project management experience, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also expected in this role.
What you'll bring to the table Engineering degree or equivalent trade qualification.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly regarded.Proven experience in project management within a heavy industrial environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.We'd love to see your application, submitted by Tuesday 3rd of December 2024.
