CRM Project Manager and Implementation Consultant (NFP) An exciting contract opportunity (est 3-4 months) available for a CRM Project Manager and Implementation Consultant.
The CRM Project Manager and Implementation Consultant will project manage and provide the necessary technical consulting expertise to reimplement Raisers Edge.  The key responsibility of this role is to deliver the benefits the organisation expects, including efficient and effective business processes, reduced cost per transaction, easy reporting and analysis.
The key components of this role include:
• Project management to restart an existing Raisers Edge CRM implementation
• Implementation consulting
• Stakeholder engagement to manage all project-related communications within the organisation
The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management and CRM system implementation in a not-for-profit organisation, as well as experience with not-for-profit CRM software such as Raisers Edge, SalesForce, ThankU or similar.  Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential together with strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.  Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
