Commercial projects in the $1-20m range High level of autonomy About Our Client Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver commercial new build, and complex refurbishment projects up to $20m in value.
With a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, they are looking to add a Project Manager to their team.
The business prides itself on delivering a high quality end product on technically demanding projects and as such they are looking for a Project Manager with a desire to be challenged and tested.
With open and transparent communication from the company Directors, as well as the mentor-ship and development that they provide to their teams, they have developed a reputation as one of Brisbane's leading commercial builders.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include: Leading Project delivery teams made up of 2-4 personnel (CAs, SMs, etc.)
Financial responsibility for projects Monthly cost reporting to the board of directors Mentoring more junior team members The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include: Proven track record delivering projects up to $20m in value Prior experience delivering projects in industrial sector advantageous Commercial acumen and strong financial management skills What's on Offer On offer: A flat management structure with direct lines of communication with company directors Ongoing, long term position on the south side of Brisbane High level of autonomy provided On site parking Competitive starting salary, expected to be in the range of $160-190k
