We are currently experiencing significant growth in the residential, commercial and government sectors and are looking to welcome a Project Manager into our Crestmead team.Introducing the TeamWe love the small-business mentality, where all core team members are involved in all aspects of the business, but at the same time have significant autonomy in their respective roles.Saltair typically handles all aspects of a project; from Concept Design, Reports, Detailed Design, Building Approvals, Construction and Final Turnkey certification.
The Project Manager would be responsible for managing our projects through design, approval and construction.
You would be supported by our experienced team as you come up to speed with our simple yet effective systems and processes.The RoleWorking with our Sales Team to onboard our new clients in our systemsUnderstanding site constraints, engaging and reviewing Specialist ReportsWorking with the design team to finalize the project documentation.Working with the estimating team to finalize project costing.Liase with the client throughout the design, approval and construction process.Coordinating with our Estimating Team to develop Final QuotesEngaging with external Engineers, Certifiers and others to achieve Building Approval.Co-ordinate project specific shop drawings to take place including structural steel, LWS frames etc.Engaging with our procurement team to ensure materials and subcontractor procurement takes place efficiently.Co-ordinate the project program and ensure it takes place in accordance with the overall production program.Ensure construction works in the factory take place in a cost-effective manner and to budgetEngage site sub-contractors for all site works required before and after the module install.Liase/direct and assist the site supervisors to ensure they have all the tools to enable a successful project.Communicate/Negotiate and document cost and time variations with clientsCo-ordinate and manage the project to practical completion and handover with the clientThe Successful CandidateThe successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:High level of professionalism and presentation5+ years experience in managing residential development projects very beneficialExperience in NDIS projects beneficialPassionate and self-driven: comfortable with deadlinesGenuine enthusiasm to provide an exceptional customer experienceTrack record of at least 3+ years in managing clients and designsAbility to resolve issues quickly and innovatively to ensure the project progresses as expectedEstimating experience nice but not essentialExperience in modular nice but not essentialThe BenefitsExciting role with an award-winning teamOpportunity to join a business at early growth stageHow to ApplyPlease send us your resume online via seek.We make it a point to respond to every application.
