Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team in our Newcastle office.
About the role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your key duties will include:
Leading project teams to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.Managing all functions within the project including engineering, controls, procurement, and construction.Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.Monitoring and reporting project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Cultivating strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.About you Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in Project Management with an engineering company or on an owner's team for complex heavy process industry projects.
Strong understanding of typically used project delivery systems and tools such as Primavera P6, Oracle, Sharepoint, and Hexagon.
Personal attributes such as being well organized to prioritize, plan and organize work tasks, high level of commitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure complete the profile.
