The realisation of business benefits via the safe and effective delivery of all allocated projects within the Service Enablement One Water ProgramAchieving value for money outcomes by challenging project scope, delivery methodologies and driving best practice in capital delivery systems and processesProject budget, schedule, forecast and risks, and driving a Generative safety culture on projectsProject development from project initiation to Ready for Tender within agreed parameters of time, quality and cost, including development of project Functional Requirements, preparing artefacts for tender documentation, obtaining permits (planning, heritage, cultural, environmental) and delivery model determination (D&C, or D then C) For more information, please review the attached About you: Strong knowledge of project management, change management, budgeting and financial acumen.Design and construction and project management of large multi-concurrent projectsCompetency-based project management certification with a relevant local or international professional organization such as AIPM, IPMA, GAPPS or equivalent is desirable alongside relevant degreePost-graduate degree in business is desirableHighly developed technical leadership skills supported by highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
