Project Manager

About the role: As the Project Manager you will be the key point of contract for the client.
You will liaise with the site manager, project coordinator and senior management on a daily basis.
You will have a full understanding of the project financials and understand where program is at.
You'll also be able to identify key risk items threatening budget or program.
Problem solving, organisation and clear communication will form a large part of the role.
Your background: Ideally have 3+ years Project Management experience on projects around $10m - $40m in value.
You will be a self sufficient operator with strong financial acumen.
Attention to detail, organisation and strong communication skills are essential for the role.
You will ideally have had experience in multi-level structures and basements.
You will receive: $200k - $220k package.
Parking is available on site.
