Job Description Reporting to the Project Director, you will create impact within our Project Management Team within the Project Management Capability. The primary function of Project Management in our business is to effectively meet client requirements by overseeing the project process. Manage the schedule, ensuring that the work of our practitioners is delivered on time, within budget, and following both quality standards and client objectives. Possess a strong background in Project Management. Adapt and perform quickly from the start. Exposure to ad tech, paid media, data analytics, or any other Digital Marketing projects where capacity and commercial needs arise. Qualifications Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in project management in the Digital Marketing agency space. Competent in leading a wide variety of projects, from paid media campaigns, data analytics, CRM, to ad tech implementation. Understand the digital landscape, marketing, and web technologies. Experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns working with strategy, analytics, creative, tech, and media teams. Proficient in project management tools for timeline planning and project tracking (e.g. Asana, Smartsheets, JIRA, Wrike, or Microsoft Project). Own the project financials through adherence to budgetary constraints, financial guidelines, and responsible management of financial resources throughout the project. Stakeholder management skills, partnering with client managers on upholding client expectations on scope, timelines, and budgets. Deep sense of accountability and ownership, delivering great work against best practices and values to the business and client. Manage scope and change requests to avoid delays and cost overages. Monitor project performance, prepare KPI reports, and address issues proactively. Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, and communicating with all stakeholders. Advantageous: Experience or certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or any under Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Understanding of Project Delivery Frameworks and Governance.
