Cranfield Group is representing a multi-discipline design and construct company who deliver a range of projects in commercial, industrial, residential, retail and hospitality.

They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to initially work on a multiple townhouse project with underground carpark worth $25M.

Experience
Australian working rights are essential to be considered for this role
Degree educated in construction engineering or similar
Background working in design and construction business preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of townhouse projects advantageous
Knowledge of diverse commercial build projects preferred
Comfortable managing project lifecycle of projects up to $30M
Confident in stakeholder engagement
