Project Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at K2 Medical Systems Pty Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning : Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
Resource Management : Define resource requirements, manage resource availability, and allocate resources effectively.
Budgeting and Cost Management : Establish a budget based on project requirements and track costs to ensure projects are delivered on budget.
Project Scheduling : Prepare a detailed project schedule to ensure key project milestones, workstreams, and activities are completed on time.
Project Delivery : Manage the delivery of projects according to the project plan.
Project Monitoring and Control : Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and provide regular reports to project teams and stakeholders.
Scope Management : Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships and communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
Requirements Experience : At least three years' experience working as a project manager or similar role.
Skills : Understanding of software engineering concepts, enterprise technology delivery experience, management skills, leadership qualities, and excellent problem-solving ability.
Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Tools and Technologies : Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects. Experience with Visio and ITIL frameworks is an advantage.
