Responsibilities will include managing project stages from planning to reporting, managing stakeholder relationships, and handling resources including budget, people and risk. You'll also lead meetings, oversee project governance reporting and ensure compliance with risk management procedures. Additionally, you will review consultant and contractor reports with a focus on technical details, in particular building services engineering, and provide timely escalation of issues to senior management.Your Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceDiploma of Project Management or other relevant experienceHighly organised and efficientProven experience in managing large-scale projects ($20 million plus) or similar scales in other industriesA good understanding of client-side project management and curious to learnExperience in construction, architecture or engineering. Experience in building services engineering design and/or project delivery is highly desiredHigh level stakeholder management and communication skills.Demonstrated experience in collaborating with a diverse group to achieve common goals.Strong ability to analyse, interpret and distil complex information that can be briefed to othersComfortable with presenting information to internal and external audiencesAbility to be adaptable and work under strict deadlines and high-pressure environmentsAgility and accuracy with note takingProven experience with and understanding of current technology, operating systems and applications (e.g. MS Project, Aconex, Bluebeam, Revizto)Full-time fixed-term position to 30 June 2028.
