Why you will love this opportunity as Project Manager at Civica
Exceptional opportunity for a customer-facing Project Manager to join the Civica team. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of multiple projects of different scopes. Your primary focus will be on software implementation projects and communicating with stakeholders at various levels to deliver the project and provide exceptional customer service.
What you will do to be successful in this role
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working as a vendor Project Manager and implementing on the external customer side.
Responsible for working on complex IT and technology projects, including data migration integration, within our Health and Care Business Unit.
You will be expected to follow internal governance and Prince 2 protocols.
Strong communication skills and experience presenting and liaising with at C-Suite level.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Maintain budget information, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Identify, plan and manage risks for complex projects and development of mitigation strategies.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
