Responsibilities The Project Manager at Forest Hill College is responsible for ensuring any buildings, safety and compliance issues are managed with efficiency and attention to detail.
They are required to complete various duties associated with compliance based Department portals and ensuring that all buildings works are completed with student safety and comfort as a priority.
The Project Manager will work in collaboration with the Facilities Manager and their work will be overseen by the Principal.
Duties will be as follows:
Maintain accurate up to date records on AIMS
Ensure the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with current WorkSafe and DET legislation; including OHMS.
Resource and support Occupational Health and Safety subcommittee
Manage the Upgrade and Modernisation Works in 2025 including project management, supervision & coordination of the work of contractors;
Ensure Sams4Schools is updated and compliant
Any other duties as required by the Principal
