Responsibilities Engaging with a range of stakeholders including business areas and technical teams, with a focus on managing relationships to deliver project objectives.Identifying, planning and scheduling project deliverables which will include development of various project management artefacts.Working as part of the leadership team and drawing upon your own expertise and knowledge, to contribute to process improvements to transform the agency's data maturity towards an enterprise capability.Provide direction to stakeholders regarding the purpose and importance of the project and its roadmap to transformation of data capabilities across the department.Business analysis to identify and plan project deliverables and outcomes required to uplift maturity.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to progress and align the project to whole of government strategies and initiatives.Develop key artefacts and presentations to the Taskforce, SRO, and stakeholders to support the project.Skills and experience: Elevated level of communication and negotiation skills and experience with writing business and project documents.Demonstrated experience in project management and/or enterprise transformation including planning, undertaking, and administering activities of work and ensuring delivery goals are met in a timely manner.Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, benefit management and managing competing priorities within the project.Demonstrated experience in developing project documentation and reporting to support the Senior Executive team with the management and coordination of multiple projects.Extensive experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.Sound judgement and the ability to organize work to meet deadlines in an agile environment, under time pressures.Relevant qualifications (in Business Analysis and Project Management) or comparable industry experience and experience in data and analytics environments.Essential Criteria Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a project manager.Demonstrated experience in transformation and/or data projects.Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and consultation.Desirable Criteria Experience leading data and digital projects.Experience drafting project management artefacts.Experience in executing projects which are driving transformation and/or cultural change in data.
