About The Role :
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing multiple projects across the organisation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You'll report directly to the Project and Innovation Office Lead and be supported by Project Support & Project Finance Officers, driving business benefits and delivering innovation aligned with our strategic direction.
You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for:
Project Planning & Delivery : Defining project scopes, objectives, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress to ensure milestones are met. Stakeholder Management : Developing strong relationships and promoting cross-functional collaboration. Risk & Issue Resolution : Identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring projects align with organisational objectives. Change Management : Leading change efforts to embed project outcomes across the organisation. Who We're Looking For: We need someone with a degree in Business, Management, or Project Management, along with 3+ years of project management experience. You'll bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in managing complex projects, ideally with Agile or Scrum experience plus risk management identification.
Further Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: Essential: Project management qualifications (PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM). Demonstrable experience in leading transformation initiatives within a complex organisation. Experience with business process reengineering, process mapping and workflow analysis. High level stakeholder management experience. Demonstrated ability to use project management tools including MS Project or similar. Technical: Proficiency in Project Management Software: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or other relevant software. Understanding of Methodologies: Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or other project management methodologies. Advanced computer skills with the ability to use standard Microsoft solutions including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with launching and optimising finance platforms within an organisations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Desirable Experience :
Leading a Project Team to successfully deliver business transformation. Working in the Aged Care or not-for-profit sector. Working with ISO standards 9001, 27001 and 31000. Demonstrated ability to manage complex business transformation projects, particularly technical integrations. Require: A current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire. Working with Children (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire. Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire.
