This position is fixed term with an end date of 30 November 2025.Key responsibilities will include:Leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Developing and implementing strategic project plans by staying up to date with industry trends to guide initiatives.Strong collaboration with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes support industry and workforce development objectives.Proactively address challenges whilst working with teams to find effective solutions.Identifying risks and issues and providing advice on rectification strategies to ensure the success of projects.Managing project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.Ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards and are responsive to consumer needs.Coordinating efforts with the Head of Programs and other team members to achieve project milestones.Required Skills & Experience:Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering workforce projects, preferably within the aged services sector or a similar industry.Team Management: Experience in managing efforts within a team to achieve project milestones and foster a collaborative environment.Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Sound project management and exceptional organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative on several simultaneous projects and activities to achieve outcomes and results.Awareness of and compliance with WHS requirements.Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.High level of competency in the use of digital technology and Microsoft Office applications.We require a federal police check as an essential selection component for this role; please consider this requirement when submitting your application.Want to know more?
