Contract/TempNo contractor fees / two pay runs per weekLime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland government department to recruit a Project Manager (Human Resource System) on contract until 24/12/2025, based at Brisbane CBD with work-from-home options.As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management and governance activities while delivering a new Human Resources System. You will be responsible for supporting multiple concurrent projects including:MyHR Appointment Portal – The Appointment Portal will consolidate and streamline existing functions for HR customers, mainly admin staff, and, through automation, reduce the amount of manual data entry.MyHR TSS Payroll/HR solution infrastructure replacement and operating system migration – This technical uplift is required to ensure underlying infrastructure and IT operating systems that are end of life in 2025 are replaced. This significant activity to an identified critical solution will necessitate extensive governance to ensure release management requirements are met.WH&S system version upgrade – Continual software version upgrades are required to ensure advantage of software performance improvements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) changes the vendor is required to implement to ensure WCAG compliance.Resolve/refer complaints management solution version upgrade – The application configuration does not support the current business structure and workflow processes, and the software version is not the latest version. There is a need to scope options for an out-of-the-box upgrade and investigate the option of cloud hosting to better support the application technically and improve business operations and support.You will have:Previous experience as an ICT Project ManagerPrevious experience managing ICT projects within a HR function in a large organisationDemonstrated achievement in the end-to-end application of PRINCE2 methodology and delivery of successful ICT projects from Initiation to Closing in large, complex organisations.Highly developed project management and multifunctional team leadership skills as demonstrated by effectiveness in achieving project objectives and contributing to enhanced organisational performance.Demonstrated understanding of the application of change management processes to limit the impact of change on individuals and work groups within large, hierarchical, client-focused organisations.Queensland based candidates only.#J-18808-Ljbffr
