Project Manager, Gold Coast

We are in search of a Project Manager to drive the delivery of one of our high-end developments on the Gold Coast.
Oversee the development and implementation of a construction programme that reflects commercial, statutory, procurement and construction requirements Ensure the Principal's project requirements, design intent and functional requirements are met Lead, motivate and mentor the project team to foster positive team dynamics, high levels of engagement and work outcomes with a focus on quality Manage and maximize project profitability as it relates to preliminaries, resources, construction efficiency and programming Manage project progress reporting to allow for accurate profit and loss forecasting and cash flow ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has: Motivated Project Manager with experience in high-rise residential construction Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders Strong leadership and management skills to support a performance-based team culture Commercially minded to maximise project profitability QBCC Nominee Supervisor Licence LIFE AT MOSAIC At Mosaic, you can be assured of the support and hands-on experience required to achieve a long-term, prosperous career with an industry leader.
