Job Title: Project Manager - Fire & Security Salary: 48,026 Location: Midlands (UK Travel) Overview: Due to continuous growth in our clients Fire & Security department, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage and deliver a range of fire and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients from project initiation. Support the design process, programming, phasing, and scheduling to ensure client expectations are met.Site Surveys & Quotes: Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and provide accurate and compliant quotations for project works, in line with our procurement and surveying standards.Project Planning: Organise and manage resources, including plant hire, to ensure projects are completed within the required timescales and budgets.Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of development works and asset replacement projects, including programme delivery, labour planning, and HSE compliance.
