Project Manager - Enterprise Service Management

Our client, located conveniently in inner Melbourne with excellent access to public transport, is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a range of systems implementations, including service management.The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery from inception to hand over, managing a medium sized project, in addition to a couple of smaller projects concurrently; including managing stakeholders, vendors, timelines, budgets, risks & issues, resources, and providing associated reporting to SteerCo.Key responsibilities and experience:Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project ManagerAbility to deliver to budget and milestones, in an agile environmentExperience working in large and complex projects, with demonstrated experience in Service Management systems implementations (highly regarded)Solid understanding of Service Management Systems, and previous experience in the implementation of one (system agnostic)Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and senior business management, ensuring effective communication for status updatesEnsure the effective implementation of solutions, in alignment with organizational objectivesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects a mustAbility to manage risk and issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate these.This is a project-based fixed term role, where you will work in a hybrid work environment, within a friendly and professional team.If this sounds like you, please apply for this urgent opportunity.
