Our client is a leading multi-service contractor that specializes in the construction, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems. Due to newly landed projects, they are seeking a senior Site Manager or Project Manager. The right candidate must have an electronic security background managing projects across fit-out, construction, defense, and public health.

Day to Day duties but not limited to. Managing finances and progress claims Managing onsite subcontractors and sprinkler fitters Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Working with builders, FM contractors, and engineers Reporting to a construction manager Managing on-site labour and safety Delivering minor works and fit-out projects Work on defense projects Selection Criteria.
