A reputable national Tier 2 commercial building contractor with over 50 years in the game and an exceptionally strong financial balance sheet has appointed us to source a Project Manager for their growing NT business. A large portion of their works includes new build defence facilities with a mixture of building and civils projects ranging from $3 – 30m.
We are looking for a driven, energetic, hands-on Project Manager who has excellent communication and leadership skills, someone who can take ownership of their own projects, drive the program, and yet still have that care factor. This role will suit someone who wants to feel valued working in a small – medium sized NT team.
Project Manager criteria as follows: Recent experience with Building or Civil Contractors Recent building or civils experience on projects $1m – 100m Tertiary qualified with longevity served in employments Past experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Engineer Defence experience and Australian Citizenship advantageous The Right to Work in Australia Salary guide to $200k pkg + relocation (commensurate with experience).
