About the Company: Our client is a highly respected Tier 3 civil contractor known for their expertise in delivering successful civil projects throughout South-West Western Australia.
They are proudly locally based in Bunbury and are committed to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction and now require a Project Manager to join their experienced team.
About the Role: As Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing local civils/underground pipelines/earthworks/roadworks projects in the stunning south-west region of Western Australia.
Drawing upon your expertise and experience, you will be responsible for project planning, execution, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Your leadership skills, technical knowledge, and dedication to safety will be instrumental in delivering the project to the highest standards as you lead the site team, manage the commercial and financial aspects of your projects, as well as managing the client interface.
A wonderful remuneration package is on offer to the successful Project Manager including $180-200K Base + 11.5% Super and company vehicle .

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end management of civils/pipelines/earthworks/roadworks projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
Provide commercial and contractual oversight of projects and provide regular progress reporting Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to establish strong working relationships and drive project success.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Monitor project progress, identify and proactively manage risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Uphold strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and address any project-related concerns.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a  Project Manager for civil contractors, with a proven track record in successfully delivering projects in Australia, NZ or UK.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
Sound commercial acumen and contractual understanding of AS2124 contracts Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
