With a project offering which covers commercial, education, and industrial, this Melbourne CBD-based Project Management consultancy is well placed to take advantage of the up-swing in construction activity.
On the back of a very strong pipeline of new projects, my client has created an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to have an immediate impact by taking on, and making their own, an autonomous project leadership role. Our client is a full-service consultancy, with a healthy reputation for quality designs and construction delivery of each and every project. A culture focused on teamwork, client service, getting the finer details right, and on-time delivery has seen this established consultancy position itself for further success.
As Project Manager you can expect to:Lead building design development and build-ability close-outEngage design engineers, ensuring drawing development is achieved, and managed through the build processDraw up and manage the Head and Main ContractAttend client and contractor meetingsManage the variations processAttend to RFI'sEngage with all internal and external stakeholdersThe successful applicant will have demonstrated experience doing the above role, as well as experience with MS Project, have strong communication skills, understand the needs of the PM role, and can think on their feet as challenges arise that COULD slow down the project's delivery. Experience in commercial fitout is a MUST.
The remuneration range for this Project Manager role is from $130,000 for someone with earlier experience doing the role above, to $150,000 for someone more
