Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Track and monitor progress against the plan and manage both the team and stakeholders through the process
Ensure delivery of the business outcome of the project
Manage impacts to people, processes, systems, and infrastructure throughout the project
Proactively identify and manage issues and risks to ensure mitigations are identified and put in place as early as possible.
Manage the project team and seconded resources for the duration of the project.
Motivate, develop, and maintain the skills and capabilities of the team providing ongoing feedback to optimise their performance

IT Skills and Experience:

Project Management qualifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile)
Must have experience in the implementation of application development projects.
University degree or other professional qualification
5-10 years of IT experience, Degree in IT, Business or a related discipline
A deep understanding of agile practices.
Experience in leading a team of designers, testers and developers.
Exceptional organisational skills with experience managing and working within budgets and time-pressured environments.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to tailor your message to suit your audience’s needs (who may or may not be technical)
Experience in managing small projects simultaneously.
Project management accreditation and/or equivalent experience with agile project and development methods.
Experience in eliciting and document business requirements.
Experience in application migration using Re-platform, Refactoring and Re-architecting approach.
