Job Description
As Project Manager, the role will assist the team in responding to briefs and completing creative executions of sold work across Print, Digital and Radio. Effectively managing the project life cycle including pitch, scoping, development and delivery of digital, print and radio solution projects, with support from broader Studios team. Responsible for budget and cost reconciliations at job level.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for defining and mapping project deliverables and quality expectations in conjunction with Sales and relevant team members including timeline, roles and responsibilities outline, budget and costing reconciliation Central point of contact for coordinating multi-disciplinary and cross-functional project teams to effectively deliver project deliverables within an agreed quality, timeframe and budget Working on both pitches and sold jobs across print, radio, digital. Support manager (Senior Project Manager) on daily tasks. Responsible for monitoring, tracking and communicating project progress. Planning and coordinating project activities throughout the project lifecycle. Identifying and escalating changes in cost or scope to stakeholders. Managing project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Providing project status updates to stakeholders throughout project. Actively following the Brief/Response process. Ensuring strong lines of communication/co-operation between the Sales team, internal clients, Ad-Ops, Studio and Tech Dev teams. Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables meet/exceed client’s expectations. Being the key point of contact for Studios brief responses and executed jobs Being the key point of contact when client issues need to be escalated Responsible for clear and effective job costings including initial budget quote and post analysis reconciliation by job Provide exceptional customer service to key stakeholders within the business Other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications
Essential experience & skills
Project Management qualifications, or experience managing small, medium and large creative solution delivery projects in an integrated agency environment. Editorial or content production skills will be highly regarded. Able to deliver complex solutions on time and to budget. Experience in workflow management tools Experience in job costing and reconciliations Highly organised and efficient The ability to work with dispersed teams Demonstrable experience in an agency or content environment
