The Role As Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability the performance of the project team, including career/skill development and mentoring the delivery of projects in accordance with building specs and standards head and sub-contractual requirements tender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiations project delivery systems and EHSQ responsibilities the financial responsibilities of our projects the detailed programmes To Be Successful You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar and proven experience working for a principal contractor in a project management role. You will also have a strong understanding of project management within the construction industry (fitout and refurbishment experience would be a plus). Ultimately, you will be a natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them.
