BDA provides Through Life Support for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) fleet of P-8A Poseidon aircraft in RAAF Base Edinburgh, South Australia.
The program has an integrated Commonwealth and contractor workforceand is currently seeking applications for the role of Project Coordinator.
This position is based at RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA.
In this role you will be responsible for the following: Coordination of the project's operating rhythm and completion of associated reporting activities.
Coordination of Risk, Issues and Opportunities (RIO) management across the project.
Engage with project stakeholders to support the development and upkeep of project specific documentation.
Monitor, analyse and report on project performance metrics.
Summarise findings and develop recommendations for improvement.
Engage regularly with project stakeholders to confirm their progress in relation to their agreed project timelines.
Coordinate with the project team to debrief and compile any lessons learned and corresponding corrective actions.
About you You are an analytical thinker and effective communicator who is comfortable working both autonomously, and participating collaboratively across teams.
You are someone who enjoys establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and you are willing to work with teams to review and drive continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Project Management or Coordination role.
Project management qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
Intermediate MS suite skills and experience.
Ability to effectively communication and network across all levels of our business.
Ability to problem solve, provide critical thinking and adapt easily to fast changing situations.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold, or have ability to obtain, an Australian defence security clearance.
