**What You Will Be Doing**
The Project Lead for the Creating Employment Pathways Initiative project is a unique role. The successful applicant will work across multiple layers of local, state and federal governments with a diverse portfolio of interests ranging from economic development to health and education planning. The Project Lead will work closely with senior people from key industries and employers as well as training providers and service providers to establish sustainable employment pathways for disadvantaged populations.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Strong project management skills in order to oversee the execution of initiatives, either independently or in conjunction with a team
- Working knowledge and familiarity with key stakeholders across industry, government, training providers and service providers
- Demonstrated excellent written and communication skills
- Good knowledge of the social determinants of health and how it can be applied into an employment pathway project
