Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
Assisting the Project Manager with the delivery of Security, Access control and CCTV Integrated System projects.
Coordinating the Security requirements of various key internal and external stakeholders.
Assessment of customer sites for installation requirements and installation design.
Preparing submittals per engineering standards, ensuring commitment dates are met.
Reviewing submittals and leading the project team to obtain submittal approval.
Planning / scheduling of project engineering execution including attendance at builder's design Meetings.
Overseeing of security control systems design, implementation and documentation.
Key Experience & Capabilities:

Possess a comprehensive understanding of high Security, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV and Digital Video management principles and design.
5+ years experience in Security control projects, with extensive on-site knowledge.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
Proven track record in a project engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based / Security projects.
Previous exposure to a site based, construction environment.
Previous experience working with highly complex electronic security/building management systems solution.
An ability to obtain and maintain an appropriate security clearance for customer sites and applicable projects.
