Project Engineer

Position: Mechanical or Electrical Project Engineer
Project Delivery: Bulk Material Handling projects in an EPC environment
Location: Based in Melbourne
Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Salary Range: 130K - 170K (negotiable) + super
ATLAS Recruitment are currently working with a leading multidisciplinary EPC business in their search for Electrical & Mechanical project engineers to support projects. The successful candidate will have:

5+ years experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
Mechanical Engineering degree (for Mechanical PE) or Electrical Engineering degree (for Electrical PE)
Good understanding of inspection processes and inspection record management
Extensive procurement experience, nationally and internationally
Strong understanding of schedule management, deadlines, and budget controls
Experience on Design and Construction Projects
Excellent time and project management skills
Experience with project management software such as ACONEX is desirable
Ability to travel intra and interstate to undertake regular site visits
Ability to be on-site full time during commissioning activities
Know how to develop ITPs
