We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Delivery Supervisor to join us in our Engineering and Planning team in Melbourne, VIC on a 24 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting to the Project Lead – SOCI, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of project site works, ensuring alignment with the agreed scope, objectives, KPIs, and success factors, while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager and Engineer in the planning phases of the project.
Establish the project site, issuing daily reports and maintaining records of meeting minutes.
Oversee construction, commissioning, and site close-out activities for pipeline works, metering (including gas heating packages), and regulation facilities.
Review site planning, establishment, and implementation programs to ensure alignment with Project and Operational requirements.
Communicate and engage with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the project approach and achievement of key milestones.
Manage a multi-disciplinary inspection team to provide thorough monitoring and ensure quality assurance across all construction activities.
Your background Extensive experience within the oil, gas, and/or petrochemical industries.
Proven ability to manage projects across various disciplines, including civil, electrical, and security integration.
Strong background in handling industrial relations issues and people management.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and change management.
Capability to make sound decisions under pressure and work independently within a team environment.
