About the role In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor the Professional Service Team including external Field Technicians and Contractors while focusing on delivering quality and timely customer service to meet the business needs and cost-effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in managing client projects from beginning to end.
Some of the key responsibilities include: Lead, direct, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians and contractors. Ensure all field work is of high quality and consistent with project scope, policy and procedure. Liaise with clients to manage projects from scope through to post project review. Arrange reports to management and customers. Manage entire project life cycle from recruitment, quotations, scopes, resource allocation, identification of concerns and risks and project finalization and feedback. Attend Client meetings to assist with scope and resource projects. Undertake scheduling of work, staff equipment, equipment transport and the like to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify opportunities for efficiency and service enhancements and drive continuous improvement. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders. Proven experience in a Service Delivery or Project Management role within IT or Telecoms industries. Experience managing multisite projects. Expertise in MS Office, Excel, and Microsoft Teams. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring teams. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Ability to travel domestically including outside hours/weekends in line with project requirements. Strong attention to detail. Passionate and self-motivated. Desired Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management would be advantageous.
