The Opportunity - Project Database Coordinator DARE is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Database Coordinator within mining, construction or project management environment.Dare is a global group providing a range of services in the Mining, Infrastructure, Rail, Oil and Gas Sectors. We have a number of major Civil and Mining project roles available with tier 1 and tier 2 clients.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Document Control Procedure Development - generation of document control procedures in detail and formalising them for use, and
Review process (Squad Check) from multiple department
Managing custom document register report
Follow-up on development of additional functionality against the defined plan (if required).
Internal and external daily enquires/support regarding the contract management system.
The conducting of training sessions, the development of user guide material and the formalisation of that documentation
Development of user guide/manual
Other technical and support issues/ implementation plan relates to the system.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within at least two of the following industries - mining, construction, infrastructure or project management environment.
Proven ability to contribute to financial and commercial performance, which includes management of activities in accordance with budget and schedule parameters
Previous experience implementing and utilising Document control/Contract Management systems such as Teambinder, Aconex, Documentum, Servicenow/Next, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, etc.
Sound understanding of various systems and Ability to recognise opportunities, to plan and leverage ICT to reach short term and longer-term business goals
Experience working with MS Excel
Experience working within multicultural and corporates environments
