We are looking for a Project Coordinator to come and help support our Modern Workplace program here at Unisuper. It will be for an initial 5 month period, and will have a number of key responsibilities and tasks to complete including:-
Coordination of calendars, scheduling (i.e. training, info sessions etc.), workshop coordination and support for teams
Preparation of packs for various committees, preparing support documentation and the tracking of budgets across the program
Liaising with interstate offices and the melbourne office about upcoming training for employees.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Change Manager and extended project team, assisting everyone to maintain and manage key documentation, contracts and service level agreements for the program.About You
You will present with previous experience in a similar role to this, ideally at least 3+ years’ experience in relevant project analyst, project co-ordinator or executive assistant type roles. Ideally, you will present with some or all of these experiences:-
Experience in a far-reaching Technology and People Change Program
Possess advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook
Be able booking meetings and workshops, including calendar management, venues, catering, etc.
Experience preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
