Our extensive national training programs ensure our people are always across the latest construction and management best practices.ABOUT THE ROLEAssist the Project Manager and site team in the coordinated and successful delivery of projects to achieve project targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way.RESPONSIBILITIESContribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project deliveryEnsure that plans are in line with project, business and legislative requirementsReview and understand project specifications and drawings, identify and address any ambiguitiesReview and understand any short range programs and how these relate to the overall project programAssist in the weekly program status as and when requiredCollate information relating to extension of time claims and assist the PM in putting together any notices required under the Head ContractAssist the PM in managing Trade Partners, where requiredAssist the PM in collating any information associated with any trade partner variations and review with the CA or Snr CA to assist with the determination of a positionABOUT YOUBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in a Site Engineering role, with a strong background in constructionExceptional project management skills with the ability to work autonomouslyProficiency in design software and toolsStrong communication and leadership skillsDetail-oriented, with an eye for design aesthetics and qualityUnderstanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standardsAPPLY NOWIf this is a role you believe you would be suited to or want to hear more about it, please contact ******.
