About the Company Davidson Technology are currently supporting a Queensland State Government Agency to secure an experienced IT Project Coordinator / Officer to support the Program Director on an initial 6-month contract.
About the Role As a proactive IT Project Coordinator / Officer you will be responsible for managing meetings, agendas, and calendars to ensure seamless project coordination.
Your key tasks will include updating registers and project artefacts, preparing comprehensive board packs, and fostering effective stakeholder engagement.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to impactful IT projects.
About You To be successful in this role you'll be an experienced IT Project Coordinator who is highly organised, proactive, and capable of anticipating project needs before they arise.
You will bring strong expertise in Power BI, Office 365 suite, and ideally Visio, ensuring seamless support for project management and delivery.

The Benefits You will be offered an hourly rate up to $82.50 per hour on an initial 6-month contract with possible extensions.
