Salary: $80-90K + 11.5% Super
Weekly Pay Cycle
Travel: Required between Richmond HQ, Bayswater & Heidelberg sites. All travel reimbursed - Fuel card and E-Tag provided. Own car needed.
Position Overview:
Complete ownership of projects & work closely with a supportive Manager. This is an amazing opportunity to roll out all aspects of sustainability, health & safety & green initiatives across the business. A large part of this will be ensuring safety standards & compliance are being met across the business. It will give you a unique view of the workings of a complex manufacturing business & be a trailblazer at a really exciting time of growth for the company. The role will be a mix of being based in the Heidelberg, Bayswater & Richmond sites so a car is essential! Please note travel costs are reimbursed.
About You:

2-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing
Certification in Health & Safety highly regarded but not essential
Effective phone and face-to-face communication and written skills
A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
Exceptional attention to detail and highly motivated
Strong business acumen and highly numerate
Confident with software and systems and exposure to Excel
