Project Coordinator/Engineer Required - $100M Mixed-Use/Apartment ProjectOur Client is one of Melbourne's busiest builders.
They have been in operation for over 20 years, growing steadily in that time and now turnover north of $500M annually.
They target projects across all major market sectors up to $200M in value.
They have a $100M mixed-use apartment project located in the inner Eastern suburbs about to hit delivery, so they're looking for a capable Project Coordinator/Engineer to join the project team.
The role will involve assisting with document control, RFIs, procurement and contract administration, design coordination, QA, and on-site OH&S.
To be considered, you'll be tertiary qualified in a construction-related discipline and have a minimum of 12 months industry experience.
In addition to technical capability, we're looking for an individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, someone who will bring energy to the project and is passionate about forging a career in the major project space.
Salary will be flexible depending on previous experience, with a range of $80,000 - $140,000 total package.
