About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and organised Project Coordinator to join our team. The role would suit a recent graduate or someone with experience in project support and administration.
In this role, you'll support project planning, coordination, and implementation, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and support risk management Prepare regular project updates, reports, and minutes for stakeholders Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders Maintain project documentation and administration Support team members with administrative tasks to streamline project delivery Criteria Relevant tertiary or formal qualifications in Project Management OR practical experience in a similar role Proven experience in project coordination or administration Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project is advantageous) What We Offer A supportive and inclusive work culture with flexible work arrangements available Opportunities for professional development Competitive salary and benefits package How to Apply If you're passionate about making an impact and excited to contribute to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you!
