Reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee project controls across scheduling, resourcing, cost management and quality assurance, supporting a collaborative team including Engineering, Procurement and Construction Managers.You will work within a dynamic matrix organisation, closely aligning with the Project Director to maintain accurate, timely financial reporting directly linked to the business unit accounts. Your leadership will play a key role in Kent's reputation for technical excellence, client satisfaction and profitable growth by fostering safety, continuous improvement and effective communication across our global team.Day to Day, your role will include:Lead safety initiatives and demonstrate strong project management.Develop and manage realistic project schedules, keeping clients informed of progress, key milestones and productivity.Oversee budget management and handle cost variations to maintain project financial health, reporting monthly through Project Summary Reports (PSRs).Ensure compliance with Kent's QA system, continuously improving processes and resolving issues effectively.Deliver accurate, timely reports and audits on project costs, schedules and QA matters.Manage project-level cost and schedule information for clients.Regularly update and improve project controls procedures, tools, and resources, supporting projects of growing complexity.Drive profitable growth and enhance Kent's service capabilities.Perform line management duties for assigned team members.About you:The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of project controls experience in multi-discipline EPC or EPCM industrial projects, supported by a tertiary qualification or significant experience in financial/cost control. You are a highly professional and positive leader, skilled in building cross-functional relationships locally and across our global group. Your expertise includes planning (using Primavera), cost control, and quality assurance, specifically within the upstream oil & gas or petrochemical sectors.
