We are currently seeking an experienced Project Commercial Manager to join our project team in Western Sydney. As a Project Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and analysing project budgets
Managing subcontracts
Conducting risk assessments
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
You will work closely with project teams, providing commercial guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
About the role:
Develop commercial strategies and policies that will have application across the region.
Support the development of appropriate delivery programs and plans for projects that are aligned to regional commercial policies.
Take the lead on design consultancy agreements including commercial review.
Develop and facilitate commercial training for project teams.
Review and approve contractual documentation as required.
Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver's License and have their own transport.
