As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are on the hunt for a passionate individual to come in and take on the role of Project and Operations Coordinator.
A pivotal bedrock for the team, this role will be a critical enabler to team and client success. A champion of productivity, efficiency, quality and team culture.
Areas of responsibility include:
General admin responsibilities
Project management (quantitative and qualitative research projects)
Resource planning
Quality assurance and client interaction
Innovation and improvement responsibilities

ABOUT YOU
2-3 years working experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational and project management skills (a must-have)
Research industry experience desired but not mandatory.
Proven track record of Operational and Process Management
Ability to juggle and prioritise workloads and deadlines.
A complex problem solver with a systematic working approach who loves taking on ambiguous business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with others.
A can-do, proactive mindset. A team player who is positive, engaged, and ready to muck in.
