Job Title: Full-Time Project and Admin Officer
Location: Seven Hills
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project and Admin Officer to join our team in Seven Hills. This full-time role requires a strong background in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing stocktake processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and overseeing the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials without discrepancies.
Skills & Experience:
? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
? Proven experience in inventory management, stocktake processes, and procurement.
? Ability to accurately manage stock levels, receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
? Experience in issuing POs to vendors and maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
? Proficiency in Word and Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
? Capable of manual handling of medium-sized packages.
