Project Air Workforce Development Officer (WDO) Queensland Health (Organisation site: )

Fixed term temporary full-time opportunity to lead and facilitate the implementation of the Project Air Strategy for Personality Disorders, focusing on workforce capability initiatives across MNMH.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of education and training initiatives related to Project Air in line with workforce development, research, and evidence-based practice across multiple professions and service lines within MNMH, and possibly with community managed organisations.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and other relevant services including mental health and alcohol and drug services within other HHS's, the MHAODB, Brisbane North Primary Health Network, as well as consumers, their families, and other health professionals from different disciplines, students, and external agencies to achieve a client-centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.
Provide active leadership in the development, provision, and evaluation of Project Air via workforce development, research, and evidence-based practice activities by being an active member of MNMH Therapies Community of Practice, workforce committees, and other research and EBP networks.
