At UGL, we are currently seeking interest from Project Administrators to join the Fuels & Energy business.
The role will support one of our key O&G contracts based in Sale with the opportunity to travel offshore delivering a hands-on admin support service to the team.
This is an office-based role in Sale VIC, 5 days per week.
About the role The Administrator works collaboratively with the Project Operations providing an all rounder service ensuring the Sale office and offshore platforms are running smoothly, focusing on continuous improvements and cost savings and assisting stakeholders with tasks (finance, people, ops).
A balance of attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to handle sensitive information is critical to the role.
About You You will collaborate with the UGL and Client teams, draw on yours and their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another.
