Role and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to project managers and team members Assist in the preparation and updating of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams Maintain project records, files, and databases Track project progress and ensure timelines are met Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather information Assist in the preparation of project presentations and proposals Support special projects and assignments as needed About You: Proven experience as a Project Administrator Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Perth based role, be home every night!
