About the Job Join our Asset Planning Team as a Project Administration Officer, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the Manager of Asset Planning and the Coordinator of Projects and Buildings. This permanent full-time position is central to our efforts in managing project administration, scheduling maintenance activities, and supporting various Shire projects.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in project documentation, including milestone tracking, reports, and minor project coordination.Monitor and report on financials and budgets related to project and maintenance operations.Contribute to grant research and support grant submissions and acquittals as needed.Address minor public inquiries and reception duties, including CRM entries.Provide administrative support for Shire projects.Coordinate and supervise routine building maintenance and minor project activities.This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week.
About you In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:
Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or experience in project or higher.Previous experience in writing submissions, grant applications, reports, research and/or analysis.Demonstrated experience tracking financials/budgets.Benefits Salary: $70,095.00 - 78,397.00 per annum, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience.
Permanent staff are entitled to:
