Program Officer, Justice and Attorney-GeneralDepartment of Justice & Attorney General QLD – Brisbane QLDFull time, Contract, Part time, Casual/TemporaryAs the Program Officer, you will contribute to the provision of strategic advice to support quality program design and management.
You will also undertake commissioning and procurement related work to achieve the department's strategic objectives in relation to violence prevention, including domestic, family and sexual violence.Liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistency of programs, services, and practices relevant to the business area and departmental priorities.Respond to enquiries and provide advice about programs, services and procedures relevant to the business area.Support and contribute to the deliverables and responsibilities of the team as required and assist with the development of strategies that relate to the work of the business area.Prepare a range of written materials including briefing notes, memorandums for approval, external correspondence, discussion papers and information papers relative to the programs and initiatives managed or delivered by the business area.Research, analyse and contribute to the development and coordination of programs and projects relating to the reform of domestic and family violence services.Support the design, development and monitoring of contracts through to execution within the Procure to Invest (P2i System) and Smartygrants systems.Contribute to relevant end to end procurement practices as they relate to individual program areas to ensure quality responsive service within legislative and regulatory frameworks.Applications will remain current for 12 months.#J-18808-Ljbffr
